You will support the client and technical* teams to deliver timely and quality service. Senior Consulting Accountant/Senior Corporate Advisor
As a senior consulting accountant, you will be actively involved with the planning, execution and completion of one or more engagements. You will review the work of consulting accountants and trainees and provide on-the-job training and feedback to your engagement team members. As a senior consulting accountant, your ability to participate in team and/or client presentations and mentoring consulting accountants as well as your learning and development skills, such as interaction with team members and clients, interpretation of financial data, project team supervisory management, leadership, critical thinking and analytical skills forms the corner stones for your next career progression in Ash.Hiani Group.

Chief Consulting Accountant/Chief Corporate Advisor
As a chief consulting accountant, you will be expected to manage multiple audit client engagements. You will review engagement files, and provide on-the-job training and direction to your engagement staff to ensure quality standards are achieved. In addition, you will also work closely with partners, providing you with mentoring opportunities. You will have the opportunity to participate in proposal development, building client and future client relationship, perform as a mentor, performance counselor, and/or training instructor.

Industrial Trainees / Internship
Our member firm Ali Shah Hashim & Co’s Internship Programme provides undergraduates with the opportunity to experience work life and gain insights into the working world. It is also a platform for the firm to evaluate highly motivated candidates who may potentially join us.
Program structure
Get real life experience as an accountant, auditor, tax adviser, or corporate secretarial adviser with us.
We offer on the job training, during which you will be assigned to a number of projects to complete depending on how your skills match the available projects. You could be working on statutory audit, management audit, direct tax, indirect tax, company secretarial, or accounting system management or a special job; we have projects that offer you the chance to apply your knowledge and skills learnt in your classrooms.
